These Terms govern your access to and use of the GoFast.Finance website, courses, community, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change and, where required, we will notify you. Continued use means you accept the changes.
GoFast.Finance provides education and community around finance, analytics, and process excellence via on-demand content, downloads, and discussions hosted on Podia. Content is educational and informational only; see §8.
Your contract is with Arnaud Lemaire, a natural person in Switzerland, trading as “GoFast.Finance.” References to “GoFast.Finance,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean this individual operator. The postal address for legal notices is shown at the top of this page.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase paid features.
Keep your account details accurate and secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Plans & Billing. We offer free and paid memberships (e.g., plans from about $9/month). Pricing may change; for renewals we provide reasonable notice where required.
Payment Processing. Payments are handled by Stripe and/or Podia. We do not store full card numbers. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Taxes. Prices may exclude VAT/GST/sales tax. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Cancellation. You may cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. Digital products are generally non-refundable unless (i) a specific offer states otherwise or (ii) required by law. For billing issues, email billing@gofast.finance within 14 days.
EU/UK Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you typically have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. This right may not apply once digital content is supplied after you explicitly request immediate access and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right. Where required, we present a clear checkbox during checkout.
Trials/Promotions. Any trial terms are shown on the offer page; after a trial, subscriptions renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal.
Consumer Rights. Statutory consumer rights (where applicable) are not affected by this policy.
Our Content. All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by Arnaud Lemaire or licensors and protected by IP laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for your own learning while your account is active.
Restrictions. Do not copy, capture, record, download, share, resell, or publicly display course content without prior written permission.
Feedback. If you give us suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.
Be respectful. No harassment, hate, impersonation, spam, illegal activity, scraping, reverse engineering, or infringement of others’ rights. We may moderate or remove content, and suspend access, to protect the community.
Content is educational and informational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or professional advice. We do not guarantee exam outcomes, employment, or business results. Use professional judgment and consult qualified advisors where needed.
We rely on third parties such as Podia, Stripe, Google (e.g., Analytics/YouTube), and media tools like HeyGen and Synthesia. Their terms and privacy practices apply to the components they power.
We may add, change, or remove features, content, or prices. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Some features may be labeled “beta” or “preview.”
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) remain in effect.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or meet your needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoFast.Finance/Arnaud Lemaire and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the 6 months before the claim, or (b) CHF 50.
You agree to indemnify and hold Arnaud Lemaire harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Exclusive venue is the competent courts of the Canton of Aargau (AG), Switzerland.
You consent to receive notices electronically (email or in-app). Legal notices to us: legal@gofast.finance and the postal address above (Waagstrasse 2, 5619 Uezwil (AG), Switzerland).
We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
