Status note: We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer or EU/UK representative at this time. If that changes, we will update this Policy.

1) Scope & Basis

This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use our website, courses, and community hosted on Podia. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for individuals in the EEA/UK, the GDPR/UK GDPR.

2) Data We Collect

You provide: name, email, password; profile/community posts; purchases and subscriptions (plan, invoices, billing country); support messages and surveys.
Payments: processed by Stripe/Podia. We receive limited metadata (e.g., last 4 digits, expiry month/year, billing address, transaction IDs) but not full card numbers.
Automatically collected: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs, and cookie/pixel identifiers.
From third parties: analytics/hosting (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube); authentication or social accounts if you choose to connect.

3) Purposes & Legal Bases (GDPR/FADP)

We process data to:

  • Provide and operate the Services (contract)

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions (contract; legal obligation)

  • Communicate with you (contract; legitimate interests; consent for marketing where required)

  • Personalize content and measure engagement (legitimate interests; consent where required)

  • Ensure security, prevent abuse, and debug (legitimate interests)

  • Comply with legal, accounting, and tax requirements (legal obligation)

Where we rely on consent (e.g., for non-essential cookies or certain marketing), you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

4) Cookies & Tracking

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and local storage to operate the site, remember preferences, perform analytics, and (where applicable) deliver or measure ads. Categories include: strictly necessary, functional, analytics, and advertising.
Where required, we obtain your consent via our cookie banner before setting non-essential cookies. You can adjust cookies in your browser and (if available) our on-site controls.

5) Sharing & Recipients

We share personal data with:

  • Podia (hosting, checkout, email delivery)

  • Stripe (payment processing)

  • Google (Analytics; YouTube video delivery)

  • Email/support tools (transactional email, helpdesk)

  • Media tools (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia for video generation/hosting)

  • Authorities and advisors where required by law (courts, regulators, auditors, tax advisors)

We require processors to protect data under appropriate contracts.

6) International Transfers

Your data may be processed outside Switzerland/EEA/UK (e.g., in the United States). We rely on adequacy decisions where available and Standard Contractual Clauses (with supplemental measures, as needed) where required.

7) Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above:

  • Account/profile data: for the life of your account plus a reasonable backup period

  • Transaction records: up to 10 years to satisfy Swiss/EU accounting and tax laws

  • Analytics logs: typically 14–26 months (per provider settings)

  • Support/communications: 2–3 years after resolution unless needed longer for legal reasons
We will anonymize or securely delete data when retention ends. Invoices/receipts with your billing details are available on request.

8) Security

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, backups). No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.

9) Your Rights (GDPR/FADP)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent (where applicable).
EEA/UK users can complain to their local data protection authority. In Switzerland you may contact the FDPIC. We aim to respond within 30 days and can provide a summary of our legitimate-interest assessment on request.
To exercise rights, email privacy@gofast.finance. We may request identity verification.

10) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16 in the EEA/Switzerland (and under 13 elsewhere). Do not register or submit personal data if you are under these ages. If we learn we’ve collected such data, we will delete it.

11) Marketing Communications

If you opt in, we may send educational tips, updates, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the email footer or your account settings. Transactional/administrative emails (e.g., receipts, account notices) will still be sent.

12) Third-Party Links & Embeds

Our site may link to or embed third-party content (e.g., YouTube). Their privacy practices apply to your interactions with them.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where legally required, notify you.
